I began teaching yoga in 1997.  I am a certified Integral Yoga Institute Yoga Teacher and a registered ERY-T through Yoga Alliance.  I offer a disciplined style of yoga that is based in a scientific approach for body, breath, and mind.  I love teaching all practices of yoga.  I currently teach chair yoga, basic yoga and vinyasa yoga with special detail to alignment.  I also offer yoga nidra classes (guided relaxation) and meditation.

Yoga @ the Secret Garden - Beginning February2017                Wednesday  9:30am                                          Saturday 9am

I welcome practitioners of all levels who are interested in perfecting and assimilating their asana through appropriate alignment. This class begins with breathing and movements that will inspire the brain, this facilitates greater Self-Awareness.  Through foundation focused alignment you will begin to find and eventually come to know, your sense of stability.  The class then moves into a flow practice to inspire breathing and deeper body awareness.  Practitioners are encourage to take breaks as they need to during the flow, or simply reduce the number of poses that they are practicing, this makes classes suitable for all levels.  The class is flavored with static poses, pranayam, contemplation, relaxation and meditation.
