Welcome Back Wellness Newsletter

Are you ready to welcome back Fall? Even if you're not, it's happening! I wanted to share a newsletter to inspire you to prioritize your wellness again. As you know, when you feel good, your to-do list feels less overwhelming, you're more tolerant of others, and you might even find a spark of inspiration throughout your day.

As summer comes to an end, it's a great time to start wrapping up summer foods and habits and transitioning into the new season. With the changing amount of daylight, consider adjusting your busy and rest schedules accordingly. Have you thought about what this season holds for you and how you can place more focus on your wellness?

September 21, 2025, is an ideal time to begin a Fall Cleanse. Setting aside time to transition from one season to another benefits us in numerous ways, one of which is helping us reconnect with nature. In a world filled with conveniences that we are grateful for, many distractions can make us forget our natural way of living and the body's remarkable ability to be resilient and heal. While we appreciate modern conveniences and advances in medicine, let's not overlook the importance of returning to the basics.

My favorite approach to yoga and nutrition is centered on the principles of simplicity, minimalism, and the idea that "less is more." It is essential to understand that simplicity doesn't always equate to easy. It can feel natural, but it can also inspire you to confront your challenges. For instance, when I advise a client to simplify meals or mealtimes, they can encounter various "excuses" that create mental resistance. Even when a more simplified approach is adopted, facing those mental challenges can still be tough. One effective way to simplify your grocery shopping is to stick to the perimeter of the store. This method has historically been the smartest—and often the quickest—way to shop for food. As I reflect on this, I'm prompted to ask: "Do you personally select your produce, or does someone else do it for you?" While online ordering is convenient, I encourage you to connect with fresh foods and choose what feels right for you. This approach not only allows you to pick the best available options but also gives you the chance to take a moment to decide what inspires you to cook and eat at that time. If you've gotten away from this practice, it might be a good idea to prioritize your food shopping again.

One way to inspire a return to basic dietary habits and support the body's natural detoxification pathways is through the Fall Cleanse. If you're interested in participating, I have finalized the supplements for the Cleanse. As I have done with previous seasonal cleanses, I will be offering Cleanse kits to help save on costs.

I have carefully selected the best supplements and combinations to support this season. The kit includes two supplemental enzyme products from Loomis Enzymes, which aid in digestion and nutrient absorption, and support the urinary system's ability to cleanse blood and eliminate waste, as one of the many mechanisms that support the immune system. An organ of this system, the kidney, filters impurities from the blood and reabsorbs what is beneficial, regulating fluid and electrolyte balance to stabilize internal conditions. It also includes two different gut-supportive products from Microbiome Labs to enhance gut resiliency and integrity. Additionally, I am including products for elimination, hormone balance, and liver detox support, which I have trusted for many years and have seen great results with in my clients.

The cost for returning participants is $135, a discounted rate as a token of appreciation for your continued support. Newcomers will pay $160. I will be placing my first orders tomorrow, so please let me know as soon as possible to avoid any substitutions in the products.
